She’s trying to say that everyone at Temple thinks alike and would rather that their groupthink not be challenged by opposing points of view, only she puts it in terms of feeling language, which is probably indicative of how deep the thinking goes.

Yes David, I believe you’ve interpreted her quote accurately. It is scary what passes as thinking these days. And on a university campus. Lord have mercy.

Well, if a campus can’t have something that makes the students feel uncomfortable I could really get in trouble for a couple of mid-terms I’ve given my classes.
